Meme is a registered and licensed dietitian/nutritionist. 

She works with both adults and children in many areas including weight management, ADHD, food allergies/sensitivities, PCOS, pre- and post-natal nutrition, IBS, and family nutrition. She is committed to helping people enjoy a healthy life!




Meme has a Bachelor’s of Science in Food and Nutrition from the University of Alabama. Her Dietetic Internship was completed at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and she has a Master’s of Science in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Alabama at Birmingham as well.




What is a Registered Dietitian? – Registered Dietitian is a food and nutrition expert who has met academic and professional requirements. 

Before becoming a registered dietitian, one must obtain at least a bachelor’s degree in nutrition, complete a supervised practice program of at least 1200 hours at a health-care facility, community agency and/or foodservice company, pass a national registration exam, and complete continuing professional educational requirements to maintain registration. 

A registered dietitian uses evidence based research to provide the public with sound nutrition and food advice. You can trust a registered dietitian to provide you with factual and valuable health related information!
