Instructions
Add the water and ginger to a small saucepan, and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and simmer for 15 minutes.
Turn off heat and add in white tea. Let steep for 10 minutes.
Remove tea bags from mixture and stir in juice from 1 lemon and 1 tablespoon of honey.
Strain out lemon seeds and ginger pieces. Transfer to a glass container and keep sealed in the fridge until ready to use.
To drink:
Pour 2 ounces {¼ cup} concentrate into 6 ounces {¾ cup} hot or ice cold water. Stir and enjoy!
