Add all of the ingredients to a mini food processor or blender, and blend until smooth.

Notes
*Makes ½ cup sauce.*Use the measurements included if you are making this as a dipping sauce, or you can make a salad dressing or a marinade for one pound of chicken, turkey, or pork.*To use as a marinade:
Add an extra two tablespoons each of water and oil to the food processor before blending.
Toss the marinade with one pound of meat.
Let sit for at least 30 minutes and up to 24 hours.
Prepare the meat however you'd like (I usually pan-fry chicken or bake in the oven at 375*F for 20-35 minutes depending on the size.)
*To use as a salad dressing:
Add 4 tablespoons of oil, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, apple cider or white wine vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of water.
