Kombucha Moscow Mule

Kombucha Moscow Mule is an updated twist on your average Moscow Mule. Replacing the ginger beer with kombucha gives you a tangier flavor and added probiotics.

  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar optional
  • 1/4 inch piece of ginger thinly sliced
  • 1 small lime juiced
  • 1.5 ounces vodka
  • 6 ounces kombucha preferably ginger
  • 1 slice lime for garnish
  • ice


  • In a copper mug or glass, add the sugar and ginger. With a spoon, muddle the ginger into the sugar.
  • Pour in the lime juice. Stir together until the sugar dissolves. 
  • Add in vodka and kombucha. Stir well. Taste and add additional sugar or kombucha as needed. Strain if desired. 
  • Add ice, garnish with a lime slice, and enjoy!
