Cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels to absorb excess grease.
Carefully wipe most of the bacon grease out of the skillet {leave about 1 tablespoon in skillet}, and saute onions & bell peppers until softened, about 7 minutes.
Shape the pizza dough into two 10-12 inch circles. Sprinkle baking sheets with cornmeal, and put pizza dough on baking sheet. Pinch the edges of the pizza dough to make a crust {so the eggs won't spill out}.
If you like crispy pizza, bake the pizza crusts without any toppings for 3 minutes, but this is optional.
Sprinkle half of the cheese over the bottom of the pizza crusts/dough. Whisk together 2 eggs and 2 tablespoon milk. Carefully pour over one pizza. Repeat with the remaining 2 eggs and 2 tablespoon milk and pour over other pizza.
Evenly sprinkle with bacon and sauteed vegetables. Sprinkle with the oregano and remaining cheese.
Transfer to preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes depending on how cooked you like your eggs.
