2onionschopped

3California sweetpotatoeswashed and cut into cubes
1lbchicken breast
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoondried oregano
½teaspoononion powder
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonpepper
¼teaspooncayenne pepper
¼teaspoonred pepper flakes
Instructions
Place chopped onions and garlic and half of the peppers and sweetpotatoes on the bottom of the crock pot.
In a small bowl, stir together garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes. Rub the mixture onto the chicken breasts and place chicken on top of the veggies in the crock-pot. Add remaining peppers and sweet potatoes on top of chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours. {Be sure to check to make sure the chicken is done before serving}.
