hard-boiled and peeled

Instructions
Slice eggs in half, and put the egg yolks in the bowl with the avocado.
Mash the yolks and avocado together. Stir well to completely combine.
Season with salt, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and optional nutmeg, if using.
Add in the lemon juice. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Spoon the mixture into the egg whites.
Sprinkle with paprika and/or green onion if desired. Enjoy!

*Makes 12 deviled eggs
*Use less or omit cayenne pepper for less spicy deviled eggs.
