What You'll Need:

  • 7 ounces feta crumbled {about 1 cup}
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 TBSP lemon juice
  • 2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 small clove garlic minced
  • red pepper flakes optional
  • crudités {sliced veggies} or crackers for serving

How to Make It:

  1. Add the feta, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic to the bowl of a mini food processor. Blend until completely smooth; you may have to scrape down the sides a few times.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired. Can serve immediately or refrigerate {which will cause the dip to be a little firmer}. Serve with crudités or crackers.
