Stir together leftover taco meat and black beans. Slice bell peppers in half, and remove seeds and ribs.
Place bell pepper halves on a baking sheet and fill with meat-bean filling {about ½ cup per bell pepper half}. Sprinkle each half with a few tablespoons of cheese.
Put in preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Enjoy!

*You can use leftover taco meat, leftover hamburger meat, or any leftover cooked ground beef.
