2tablespoonolive oil
1pintcherry tomatoes
1poundokra
10ozpeeled shrimp
3clovesgarlicsliced
¼teaspoonkosher salt
2ozfetacrumbled
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400*F. Line a baking sheet with foil (for easier clean up).
Add oil, tomatoes, okra, shrimp, garlic, and salt to the baking sheet. Roast for 10 minutes. Stir and roast another 10-15 minutes, until shrimp are done.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with feta. Enjoy!

*If buying unpeeled shrimp, use 1.25 pounds unpeeled shrimp.*You'll get about 30 medium sized shrimp in 10 ounces
