Looking for an apple recipe that has fall flavors but you'll want to eat when it's still warm outside?
Try these Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats!
There are chunks of delicious apples and tons of cinnamon plus a touch of maple syrup to bring out all the natural sweetness.
No mushy oats; the texture is nice thanks to the chia seeds and apples.
Overnight oats have become my new obsession because it's just not possible to eat hot oatmeal in the summer. I basically lived off this recipe for Overnight Coffee Oats this summer.
And this Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats will become my transition into fall breakfast of choice.

Something very funny happened right where I am: it was steaming hot one day, but we had a giant rainstorm and now it feels like it's October! It is so cold, I have no idea what's up with the weather. I made myself stewed apple oatmeal this morning to get in the feel of fall/winter! I'll definitely try these overnight oats if the weather warms up a little 🙂

That is crazy!! I am on my way to Vermont now and packing for it was quite the challenge because the temperature is supposed to be over half of what it is in New Orleans haha
Stewed apple oatmeal sounds aaaaamazing!!

I LOVE Good Eggs! A friend of mine sells his bread on there, so I try to buy a loaf once in a while. I'm definitely guilty of jumping the gun with pumpkin recipes. This cinnamon apple overnight oats sounds great, though!
