A delicious, dairy-free smoothie full of fruits and veggies plus probiotics that can help keep your immune system humming and your stomach happy
I decided I'd create a tropical smoothie with it and included mango, pineapple, and banana.
Because I like drinking my smoothie for an afternoon snack or breakfast, I added spinach (yay for veggies!) and collagen powder.
Collagen powder is optional but it gives the smoothie protein. You could also add a protein powder if you prefer.
Tropical Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup 100% orange juice
- 2 cups baby spinach
- ยพ cup pineapple frozen
- ยฝ small banana frozen
- ยฝ cup mango frozen
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 scoop collagen powder optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
