With the sweet and spicy flavor combination, you get the best of both flavor worlds.
And I love how easy it is.
If you can use a whisk and turn on the oven, you can make this fish.
I included a side dish in this recipe but you certainly don't have to make the pecan roasted Brussels sprouts {but you probably should because they are mighty tasty!}
To make the Sweet & Spicy Tilapia with Pecan Roasted Brussels Sprouts, you just need to time it right.
First, make the sauce & pour it over the tilapia.
Then preheat your oven, and trim & halve the Brussels sprouts. Toss those with the other ingredients, and put that in the oven.
Sprinkle the fish with the paprika & salt, and stick that on another shelf in the oven.
Wait 10 minutes, then stir the Brussels sprouts and add the pecans. Put that back in the oven. Then 10 minutes later, check everything. If it's ready, take it out. If not, leave it in another 5 minutes.
Enjoy!
