Basically, you melt chocolate chips with a touch of coconut oil, stir in peanuts, and then plop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment or wax paper.
Refrigerate for about 15 minutes {or freeze for 5-10}, and you're good to go!

Ingredients
- ยฝ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- ยฝ teaspoon coconut oil
- ยฝ cup peanuts
Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil on 50% power in microwave for 90 seconds. Stir and heat an additional 30-45 seconds until chocolate is melted.
- Stir in the peanuts.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment or wax paper. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes or freeze for 5-10 minutes until clusters have set. Enjoy!
