Here is my disclaimer and privacy policy:

This is a personal blog written and edited by me, Meme Inge.

All reviews on the blog are 100% my own opinions. None of my posts or opinions are paid for or reimbursed, and I can’t be paid to write a positive review about a product, company, restaurant, etc.

If there is a post where I was financially or otherwise compensated, I will disclose the information at the bottom of the post.

For any restaurant reviews, I have paid for my own meal and have not been reimbursed for my review. The reviews on the site are intended for informational purposes and for fun. I only post reviews on restaurants where I had a good experience as I don’t see any benefit to negatively reviewing restaurants. Everyone has bad days sometimes…

For all allergy free recipes, be sure you carefully check ingredients and allergen info on each and every product you use.

Some foods are naturally free of allergens but commonly contain an allergen due to processing and/or packaging. Oats are a good example of this; if you are allergic to gluten, make sure to purchase gluten free oats {Bob’s Red Mill has gluten free oats}.

It is really important to check all information before eating something if you have food allergies!

If you need help with food allergies and/or grocery shopping, label reading, etc. I do a lot of work for clients with food allergies, so I can help!

Disclosure: There are Amazon affiliate links on the blog because I am often asked about the products I use, and Amazon carries a variety of products that are easily available. While I do support locally owned and/or small businesses, I know that not everyone has access to that. Feel free to find the products I suggest in your own city. The suggested products and their links are for informational purposes.

I do receive a small commission if you purchase the products through the links.

If you receive email updates, it is because you signed up for them. Email updates include weekly emails and/or emails with each blog post. You can unsubscribe or change your preferences at any time. Living Well Kitchen can also be followed on Facebook, Twitter, or Pinterest.

I am endorsing Dannon® OIKOS®. As such, I will be sharing recipes and tips that are provided by Dannon about Dannon OIKOS Greek Nonfat Yogurt. I am not being paid for sharing this information, but by providing this information, I am eligible to enter into “SPOON IT FORWARD,” sponsored by Dannon, through which I may win a monetary prize.
