So I’m at the beach this weekend for a bachelorette party {partaayyyy! ha} which means I haven’t been very good about posting – sarry.
I made some buffalo chicken dip for us to snack on this afternoon, and it was deeelicious!
I’m sorry that I don’t have much to say & this is written from my phone, but here’s the recipe:
Buffalo Chicken Dip

Keywords: bake appetizer egg-free gluten-free no-sugar-added soy-free high protein cheese chicken

- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup lower-sodium buffalo wing sauce
- 2 (10 oz) cans chicken breast in water, drained

In a medium sized bowl, beat together the cream cheese, yogurt, basil, dill, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and buffalo wing sauce. Stir in the chicken and cheese.
Transfer chicken mixture to an 8-inch baking dish, and cover. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Serve with celery, carrot sticks, and tortilla chips. Enjoy!
