On Living Well Kitchen you’ll find approachable recipes along with practical nutrition advice, restaurant reviews, fitness fun, and any other ramblings I may have. I live in New Orleans and love sharing my adventures both close to home and from far away.

My life goal is to get more plants into people’s diet. Vegetables and fruit are God’s gift to our health and taste buds, and I focus my recipes on trying to prove that fact.

My food philosophy is to enjoy the food I eat by eating real food that nourishes my body. I feel that it’s more important to focus on all the wonderful things you can enjoy instead of foods to restrict. I couldn’t go through life without sweets or bacon, but I know it’s not beneficial to eat these daily.

I provide personal nutrition coaching, group health & wellness programs, and cooking demonstrations/classes, among other things. I am passionate about educating people on the importance of living well and how to maintain a healthier lifestyle. I work with individuals and families to help them learn how to make healthier decisions for life.
